All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia. Currently we send only through Australia Post for national and international orders.
If the postage cost seems higher than it should be, please contact us as it may well be. If there is a large discrepancy between your charged shipping cost and the actual shipping cost, we will refund the difference.
International Options

- Registered International: Provides signed delivery in 3-10 working days to 159 countries. No tracking or insurance.
- Express Post International: Provides priority handling, basic tracking and signed delivery.
- Express Courier International: Fastest option, couriered with tracking and signature on delivery.
Returns
Returns can only be accepted for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact first with any return inquiries or problems.
